I have just witnessed a horrific moment for anybody.

You hear the electronic doorbell ring. People are yelling at the doors.
"Who goes THERE!"
"Who is that?"
The best friend's grandmother or "gm" has decided to ring the bell soaken wet in, what looks like, a pilot uniform. I thought we were on an episode of "Lost".

Ever just feel so bad for someone because you know exactly how it feels? To be screamed at and humiliated. It's an awful experience for anyone, especially coming from a relative.

Crazy.
